How it’s decaffeinated
Green beans are steamed, then rinsed with ethyl acetate made from fermented Colombian sugarcane, which draws the caffeine out. A final steam clears the solvent — at least 97% of the caffeine is gone, while the coffee keeps its natural sweetness.
How to brew it
Enjoy it as espresso, in milk, or in a plunger. It stands up anywhere.
